From Checkout to Your Door

We want every cartuniva order to move through preparation and delivery as smoothly as possible. Below is an outline of the stages and expected timeframes for shipping.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been checked and approved, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Preparing Your Order

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. This preparation period is separate from the time spent in transit.

Delivery and Shipping Charges

We ship using commercial courier services. Transit normally takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping costs $6.99 when your order total is below $49. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free shipping.

Following Your Package

When your parcel leaves our facility, we will email you its tracking number and a link for shipment updates. Courier scans may not appear immediately, especially during severe weather, labor disruptions, or high-volume shopping periods. Contact our team if you need help locating an update.

Estimated Total Arrival Time

Processing plus transit gives a typical delivery estimate of 6–15 business days (1–3 business days for preparation and 5–12 business days in transit). Actual timing can vary with carrier conditions.

Delivery Address Considerations

We choose a suitable shipping service based on factors such as the item dimensions, parcel weight, and fulfillment route. If you enter a PO Box and the chosen carrier cannot serve it, we may need to contact you to revise the address or cancel the shipment.

Taxes and Import Charges

According to the terms provided for this store, your payment covers the merchandise and any stated shipping charge; no additional import duty, import fee, or VAT is required from the customer.
