Respect for Creative Ownership
cartuniva recognizes the rights of creators, trademark owners, and other intellectual property holders. If you believe a product, listing, image, or other material made available through our store improperly uses protected intellectual property, you may submit a notice for review.
How to Report a Concern
Email your report to service@cartuniva.com. Please provide enough detail for us to identify the material, understand the rights involved, and contact the person submitting the complaint.
Information Your Notice Should Contain
1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of an authorized representative of the rights holder.
2. An explanation of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected subject matter you believe has been used without authorization.
3. The specific location of the material in question, preferably including the relevant product or page URL.
4. Your name and contact details, including an address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Identification of the right being asserted, such as the title of a copyrighted work or a trademark and its registration details where applicable.
6. A declaration that you sincerely believe the disputed use is not permitted by the rights owner, their representative, or applicable law.
7. A statement confirming that the submitted information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or have authority to act for that owner.
What Happens Next
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we will assess the reported issue and determine whether further steps are appropriate. We may request additional information to complete our review.
