Ways to Pay at cartuniva

At checkout, cartuniva supports PayPal as well as major credit and debit card networks: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

Card Payments and Verification

Payment security is important to us. The original store terms state that cartuniva does not directly collect customers' full card numbers or payment credentials. Your card issuer may ask you to complete an additional 3-D Secure step, such as entering a one-time code, using a password, or confirming your identity with biometric or two-factor authentication. Contact your bank if you need help with that verification.

If Your Payment Doesn't Go Through

A declined order cannot be reactivated; please submit a new order when you are ready to try again.

Checks to Make Before Retrying

Review the card number, expiration date, and security code for accuracy. If the bank declined the transaction, ask your issuer for the reason. If the details are correct but the payment still fails, try a different card or another available payment option.

Help With Payment Errors

For problems involving 3-D Secure, your card issuer is the best first point of contact. If you see an error message during checkout, email our team with the wording of the message and any relevant order details so we can investigate.
